Columbus County Juneteenth Festival

Unity, Culture, and Freedom: Celebrating 6 Years of Juneteenth in Columbus County

Our
Story
The Columbus County Juneteenth Festival is a powerful celebration of freedom, culture, and community. Now in its 6th year, this annual event brings people together to honor the history and heritage of African American communities, while embracing the vibrant culture that has shaped our shared story. Through music, art, food, and storytelling, the festival offers a space to reflect on the significance of Juneteenth, the day that marked the end of slavery in the United States, and to celebrate the progress, resilience, and achievements of African Americans. Join us for a day of unity, empowerment, and joy as we continue to build a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
